10k Training, 10/12
Now that's a darn nice run. It was supposed to be 4.5mi not 4mi, but I was flipping through my watch and got stuck on calories instead of miles and I thought I had run 4.53mi when I had actually burned 453 calories. I started off pretty darn slow but once I got it kicked in, it was actually feeling pretty darn good.
I wasn't even going to run because of the giant headache I had before I started running but there's no medicine for headaches like endorphins!
Ready to rock on Tuesday - 3 miles!
