10k Training Day 17, 10/2



We're in week 4 of our training program heading toward the back half of getting ready for the 10k and I gotta say I feel I can comfortably run 2mi with no real issues.

I felt good tonight - pushed the pace a little but not too much. Looking forward to the 4miler on Sunday.
